    A customer planning tool or team workflow, built around one clearly defined job.

  3. Twelve months of care

    Monitoring, backup and recovery checks, plus up to two hours of maintenance and small updates each month.

The founding scope, care & practical details

One connected project

The website follows the Interactiv Experience base scope. The tool covers one workflow for one organization with two roles, user accounts, a hosted database, basic administration and CSV export. Its users and access are agreed in your proposal.

The proposal confirms the tool’s presentation, assets and handoff. Custom 3D environments, product catalogs, extra workflows, integrations, migration and a full real-time film are additional scope, priced before work begins.

Care starts at launch

Twelve months of Interactiv Care begin at the agreed launch date and cover this website and tool. The two monthly hours are shared across both. Hosting, domains, paid APIs and other third-party services are separate.

After the first year, you can continue care at $499 per month under a new written agreement. Continuation is optional; it does not renew automatically. Project milestones, payments and acceptance checks are confirmed in your proposal.

WORKING TOGETHER

Collaboration throughout.

Video conference or phone call—whichever you prefer. We agree the direction, review the work in progress, then walk through the finished product.

Between those milestones, we stay in touch with updates, questions and feedback as we refine the details together. Three conversations are not a limit on communication.

Your proposal sets revision rounds and acceptance checks. A new feature or change of direction that affects cost or timing is agreed with you before proceeding.

AFTER LAUNCH

Interactiv Care

$499 / month

Monitoring, backup and recovery checks, plus up to two hours each month for maintenance and small updates to your agreed project.

The first twelve months are included for Founding Members.

Care responsibilities & limits

Maintenance and small updates cover the existing build. New pages, features, redesigns and integrations are quoted separately. Included hours expire monthly. Hosting and third-party costs are separate.

Support replies target one working day; that is a response target, not a guaranteed fix time. Care does not include 24/7 support or an uptime guarantee. Monitoring, backup access and recovery responsibilities are recorded in the agreement.

Care after the included founding year requires a new written agreement. For other projects, its start date, covered systems and renewal terms are agreed separately.

Yes. A refresh, standalone planning tool or focused app can be quoted on its own. Tell us the problem and we’ll recommend a useful first scope.

What happens after I request an estimate?

The initial conversation and indicative estimate are free. We agree scope, milestones, price and completion checks in writing before the build. Larger projects may start with a paid Blueprint, agreed first. Requesting an estimate does not commit you to buy.

Can I pay in stages, and who owns the work?

Yes. Payment stages follow agreed milestones in your proposal. Your content, data, domain and client-owned accounts remain yours. Custom work transfers when applicable build fees are paid; reusable components carry a durable license. Your agreement specifies the details.
